# Gridback > Drop your designs, get a packed sticker sheet with offset cut lines. Print PNG, cut SVG/DXF and CutContour PDF. Free; images never leave your device. - Gridback is a free browser tool (beta, October 2026) that turns PNG, WebP or SVG sticker designs into packed sticker sheets with offset cut lines. - Everything runs client-side in a Web Worker; images are never uploaded. Projects are saved in the browser (OPFS or Cache Storage). - Exports: 300 dpi print PNG, cut SVG at true size (inches), cut DXF R12 in inches, a CutContour PDF (Separation spot color "CutContour", 100% magenta alternate, 0.25 pt, overprint) and a ZIP of all files. - Sheet presets (checked 2026-10-17): Cricut Print Then Cut 7.44 x 9.94 in (Letter), 7.2 x 10.62 in (A4), 10.64 x 15.44 in (A3) and the 6.75 x 9.25 in safe area; Silhouette Letter, A4 and 12 x 12 in with editable 3- or 4-point registration marks; print-shop Letter, A4, Tabloid, A3, 12 x 12 in; custom. - Defaults: 1/8 in border (offset), 1/16 in bleed, 1/8 in gap between stickers; warns below 300 dpi at the chosen size. - Cut shapes: traced contour, rounded rectangle or circle; die-cut singles or a kiss-cut sheet with a rounded sheet outline on its own spot color. - Stickers per sheet (1/8 in gaps, square): 2 in = 15 on Letter with 0.25 in margins, 12 in the Cricut 7.44 x 9.94 in area; 1 in = 63 on Letter. - Not affiliated with Cricut, Silhouette America, Roland DG, Mimaki, Summa or Etsy. ## Tools - [Gridback](https://sticker-sheet-maker.pages.dev/): Drop your designs, get a packed sticker sheet with offset cut lines. The free Offset route makes kiss-cut sheets; Create Sticker adds die-cut options but needs Cricut Access (from $9.99 a month). - [Cricut Print Then Cut size limits by paper](https://sticker-sheet-maker.pages.dev/guides/cricut-print-then-cut-size-limits/): As of October 2026, Cricut's help center lists a Print Then Cut maximum of 9.94 in tall by 7.44 in wide on Letter paper and 10.62 × 7.2 in on A4 for Explore, Maker, Venture and Joy Xtra machines, with Legal, Tabloid and A3 sizes on Explore, Maker and Venture. The cuttable area is not a full rectangle, so the old 6.75 × 9.25 in figure is still the safest rectangle for a full sticker sheet. - [Silhouette registration marks: settings and fixes](https://sticker-sheet-maker.pages.dev/guides/silhouette-registration-marks/): Silhouette Print & Cut prints registration marks around your design, and the cutter's optical sensor reads them to find the cut lines. Classic machines use 3 marks (top two corners and bottom left); the CAMEO 5 Alpha uses 4. The printed marks must match the type, length, thickness and inset set in Silhouette Studio, which has defaulted to 0.020 in (0.5 mm) thick marks since 2015. - [What is CutContour? The spot color cut line](https://sticker-sheet-maker.pages.dev/guides/what-is-cutcontour/): CutContour is the name of a spot color swatch applied to a vector path. A print-and-cut RIP such as Roland VersaWorks reads any path in that spot color as a cut line instead of printing it. The name matters, not the color: Roland's manual says the name is case-sensitive, Mimaki accepts names that start with CutContour, and Summa lets you set the name in the RIP. Raster lines are never recognized as cut lines. - [Die cut stickers vs kiss cut: which to make](https://sticker-sheet-maker.pages.dev/guides/kiss-cut-vs-die-cut-stickers/): A kiss cut goes through the sticker layer only and leaves the backing whole, so several stickers stay together on one sheet; a die cut goes through the sticker and the backing, so each sticker comes out as its own piece. As of October 2026, Cricut's Create Sticker offers both (it needs Cricut Access to cut), the free Offset route only makes kiss cuts, and print shops expect the cut path as a named spot color such as CutContour. - [Sticker offset and bleed: border sizes](https://sticker-sheet-maker.pages.dev/guides/sticker-offset-and-bleed/): Offset is the border between your artwork and the cut line; bleed is color printed beyond the cut so a slightly off cut shows no paper edge. Gridback defaults to a 1/8 in (3.2 mm) border and 1/16 in (1.6 mm) bleed; printers ask for anything from 1/16 in (Sticker Mule) to about 2 mm (StickerApp) or 1/8 in (StickerGiant) of bleed. As of October 2026 Cricut adds its own bleed by default but does not publish its width, and its Offset tool goes up to 1 in. - [Sticker resolution: pixels for 300 dpi](https://sticker-sheet-maker.pages.dev/guides/best-resolution-for-stickers/): Aim for at least 300 pixels per inch at the size the sticker will print, which is the minimum StickerApp asks for and the figure Sticker Mule uses. Multiply inches by 300: a 2 in sticker needs 600 px across, a 3 in sticker 900 px, a 4 in sticker 1200 px. Gridback warns below 300 dpi, warns more strongly below 150 dpi, and keeps sources up to 2400 px on the long side (600 dpi at 4 in). - [Sticker selling on Etsy: how to price stickers](https://sticker-sheet-maker.pages.dev/guides/how-to-price-stickers-on-etsy/): As of October 2026, a US Etsy sale costs $0.20 per listing (about $0.20 per unit sold), 6.5 % of item price plus shipping, and 3 % + $0.25 for payment processing; Offsite Ads add 15 % or 12 % of the order (capped at $100) when a sale comes through one. Cost per sticker is your cost per sheet divided by stickers per sheet, for example 15 two-inch stickers on a Letter sheet or 12 in Cricut's Letter Print Then Cut area. In our worked example, using assumed costs, a $12 order of three stickers keeps about $9.87 before your time, or $7.84 if it came through an offsite ad. ## Optional - [Full text of all guides](https://sticker-sheet-maker.pages.dev/llms-full.txt): every guide as plain Markdown
